How to Apply Gel Eyeliner Pencil:
- Apply as close to lashes as possible for a tightline, or gradually increase to create a dramatic cat-eye makeup look or smoky grunge makeup look. For a bold liner, try creating an underliner eyeliner look.
- Use the tip of the pencil to fill in any gaps between lashes.
- Blend immediately after application as this formula is ultra-waterproof and sets quickly.
