How To Plump It Up
Wear on its own, starting at the center of the lips and smoothing outward for an instant plump, looking shine (one coat = juicy, two coats = glassy).

How To Line and Shine
Line and softly fill the outer corners first with Lip Shaper Lip Liner, then tap Juicy Tubes on the center of top + bottom lip and blend outward for a fuller, “your lips but better” effect.

Pro-Tip: For a 90s-inspired look, choose a neutral nude lipstick or brown lipstick that is a shade or two darker than your natural lip color.

How to Use as a Topper:
